yellow paint

Tonight I had a mom's meeting for my homeschool co-op/support group. Anyway, while I was gone, Kyle somehow managed to spill yellow paint that I purchased today...I guess he dropped it or something. I don't know how the lid came off so easily since it had never been opened by us before...fun times. I am reminding myself that my new house and new carpet are temporal...not eternal. Did I already say fun times?

Oh. My. Goodness. I am so sorry that happened. Wow. Not really sure what to say!! Maybe in many, many years, that bright yellow spot will be a reminder of your little four year old, who will then be nearing adulthood. :) Are you going to be homeschooling Nate? I just enrolled Ryan in Kindergarten and found out who his teacher will be today. AHHH!!

P.S. I wasn't saying "AAHHH!!" because I'm disapointed about the teacher he got...that was just a general freak-out "AAHHH" over the fact he's starting Kindergarten!x

Hey girl, okay this is just my consumer's advocate brain here, but wherever you bought that paint from--I'd be making them pay to clean your carpet! That lid was OBVIOUSLY not on right if a 4 year-old could remove it! I'm almost 30 years old and it takes great strength and determination for me to open a can of paint.

All of this to be considered null and void advise, of course, if you feel that Kyle might possess super-human toddler strength...

Yellow...is such a HAPPY color!! Wow...it's moments like those when all you can do is laugh. Often with tears, but still laughter comes :) That's really awesome about your homeschool co-op! How is it going so far?
