On Sunday, I led worship at a church in Mannford then I met my friend Sue, her husband Jim, and their grandkids for lunch. While we were eating, a family came into the restaurant that attend the church where I was interim worship leader for a while. They are an awesome family who happen to homeschool also. Tony plays guitar and played on the worship team with me. Caren has a really sweet spirit and is so encouraging. I went and visited with them at their table for a few minutes and told them about my last week...just a hard mommy week for sure! I told them how I am looking forward to the boys being just a little older so we can do more activities as a family...like bike riding. I look forward to us all loading up the bikes and going mountain, er...hill biking (we do live in Oklahoma, after all!)! Anyway, they ended up blessing my socks off when they gave me 2 bike trailers. God is so good! Here's what they look like, except ours are blue!
Mike and I were just talking about these a few weeks ago; they will be perfect for Kyle and Ian! I'm still not sure exactly how it will all work out and who will ride what...we have one of those Instep Bike Trailers (see picture below) also that Caden and Ian can ride in or we have a bike seat that is on my bike right now for Caden. But if the bike seat is on my bike, then I can't pull a trailer.
Anyway, we'll figure it out!
Father, thank You for using Tony and Caren to bless our family in such an awesome way!
