Today was our first day of school! For those who don't know, we decided to homeschool! So, Nate and Kyle are both doing a kindergarten curriculum. The first school time went very well...these two little ones have tons on energy...that's for sure! We started the day by going to the YMCA at 8am. There were 3 other homeschool moms from the co-op I'm in, so our kids were all together in child watch. They had a great time and I realized just how out-of-shape I'm in while participating in a class called Functional Training...I'm not sure how fun it was!
One of my friends from church helped me transform Caden's bedroom into the homeschool room (actually, she did most of it with some help from me, Andrew, and Mike). It is a Thomas room and it is awesome! Here are some pictures!

Margo, it looks wonderful!!! Who wouldn't love to "go" to school there? I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. My girls are starting to get used to their school. I'm still seeing it as a trial basis. And Sunday we visited a church and I ended up sitting next to another visitor who was the one who had sent me an info. packet about the homeschool group here. That was cool. And that night I met a fellow OBU grad who has done public, homeschool, and now private here, and said she'd love to talk about them all with me. By the way, we've picked a church to join and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It feels like home. Love you (and praying) :)
Wow! The room looks awesome! Is the room still doubling as Caden's room, or has he moved in with big brother?
Caden is now sharing a room with Kyle. They shared a room all summer because Andrew was here...now they just share a different room!
the room looks great..! have fun with it..
Margo you are an AWESOME, TERRIFIC, WONDERFUL Mom. Your boys are so blessed to have you. Hugs from your friend in Maine.
A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!! That room rocks! The paint is wonderful and the bulletin board looks like a real classroom! You go girl!
